NEED TO RETURN AN ITEM?

We wrap every parcel with care.  Every effort is made to ensure the safe arrival of goods.  However, there are occasions when accidents do happen in transit which are beyond our control.

In the unlikely event that the model is damaged upon arrival, please notify us by phone or email within 7 days stating the extent of the damage and we will initiate the Royal Mail claims procedure.

If the item has not arrived within 15 working days, please contact us and we will intiate a 'lost parcel' claims procedure.  When we have been reimbursed by Royal Mail, (Royal Mail may contact you to comfirm) we will either, send you an identical parcel if still available or refund your payment.

If the item is not what you expected you may return it to us in the original packaging for exchange or credit.  Please email within 7 days.  You must return non-damaged goods at your own expense and pay for the extra postage back to you.
